✅ Acceptable Use Policy

When using our services or engaging with us, you agree to:

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our services for: gambling platforms, adult content, illegal activities, pyramid schemes, spam or phishing, cryptocurrency mining without disclosure, or any activity that violates Australian law.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate agreements, or take legal action if we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may also result in reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

📝 Service Agreement

Services are provided based on mutually agreed specifications and requirements documented before project commencement. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Changes to the agreed scope may affect project timeline and costs. Any scope changes will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation. We strive to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

All services are subject to Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion and may terminate agreements with appropriate notice if circumstances require.

💰 Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon per project and documented in the service agreement. We typically require a deposit before commencing work, with the remainder due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.

Accepted payment methods will be specified in the project agreement. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Australian Consumer Law applies to all transactions and protects your rights as a consumer.

Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement. ABN: 72 925 087 373. Tax invoices will be provided for all transactions.

🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If cancellation occurs before any work has started, a partial refund may be available at our discretion, minus any administrative fees.

Refunds for Services: Due to the nature of custom software development and IT services, refunds are generally not available once work has been delivered and accepted. If you are dissatisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you to address concerns and make reasonable revisions as outlined in the service agreement.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees (such as being provided with acceptable care and skill), you may be entitled to a remedy, which could include a refund, credit, or additional service at no extra cost.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
