Scope

3D design and printing covers concept modelling, functional prototype fabrication, small production runs, and post-processing. I handle the full workflow from CAD design through to finished part, so you don't need to source multiple suppliers.

Process

Every 3D project starts with a brief — what the part needs to do, what it needs to look like, and what constraints exist. I model, print a test piece if needed, refine, then produce the final parts.

Tech

FDM and resin printing workflows, common CAD tools, and material selection for PLA, PETG, ABS, and specialty filaments. I use Avion for prototyping and small production runs when a part needs tighter tolerances or higher volume.

Pricing

Pricing depends on size, material, and volume. Simple prints start from $20 AUD. Custom modelling and prototyping projects are quoted after the consultation brief.

FAQ

What file formats do you accept?

STL, OBJ, and STEP files work best. If you only have sketches or measurements, I can model from those too.

How long does a print take?

Small parts: same day to 2 days. Larger or more complex pieces may take longer depending on size and material.

Do you ship finished parts?

Yes. I ship Australia-wide and can arrange international shipping on request. Delivery costs are included in the quote.
